VM01: vehicle power, two views and remote access

  1. Check OBD-II fit and the manual’s voltage settings for your vehicle. Route the cable clear of controls and follow the specified installation procedure. Ask a qualified installer if fit or power behavior is uncertain.
  2. With the vehicle stationary, check both the road and cabin view. Normal seats and headrests can obstruct the cabin image.
  3. Check SIM activation and trial expiry. The supplied SIM lists a seven-day trial; continued remote access needs compatible paid data service.
  4. The current package includes 64GB storage and supports microSD up to 128GB. Make a short recording and open the saved file.
  5. Test viewing from your phone’s mobile connection. For parking use, verify continued camera power and the battery-protection settings in the manual; do not override them to keep monitoring running.

M7: a compact cellular installation

  1. Check local 4G coverage and compatible active SIM service at the intended position. A working phone signal alone does not prove this camera’s connection.
  2. Charge the 5200mAh battery and plan access for recharging. Runtime changes with signal, viewing, activity and temperature.
  3. For local recording, prepare a compatible microSD card up to 128GB; it is sold separately for this listing. Protect existing recordings before any formatting.
  4. Test the view, a saved clip and a notification separately. Recheck at the time of day when the image matters.

Q70: solar charging and AOV recording

  1. Choose the view for the camera and an appropriately sunny location for the 8W panel. Secure the installation using the supplied instructions; keep it accessible for inspection.
  2. Q70 has a 15800mAh battery. Observe the battery trend through typical quiet and busy days; panel wattage is not a guarantee of uninterrupted charging.
  3. Activate compatible cellular service and check the seven-day trial expiry. Confirm your recording storage and the supported microSD limit of 128GB.
  4. Inspect saved AOV footage: it uses low-frame-rate context between events. Test whether that level of detail answers the question you need the recording to answer.

R9: instructions for your portable 4G camera

R9 uses the UBox app and a 5200mAh rechargeable battery. Local microSD storage supports up to 128GB, sold separately. Use the R9 manual and R9 setup videos; match the model rather than borrowing another camera’s app instructions. Check the current R9 package.

C08: choose the mode before troubleshooting

WiFi with internet supports remote viewing; AP mode connects a nearby phone; offline mode records locally without remote access. C08 supports microSD up to 128GB, sold separately, and recording while charging. Read the three-mode guide and verify a saved clip as well as the live picture. Check the C08 requirements.

Separate a connection problem from a recording problem

  • Cannot connect: check power, the correct model/app, the intended connection mode, SIM activation and service expiry where applicable.
  • Can view but cannot find a recording: check the selected storage, recording mode and actual saved files. Live view is not proof of recording.
  • Can view nearby but not while away: confirm you are testing supported remote access, not an AP-only or nearby WiFi connection.
  • Unclear night image: inspect lens obstruction and reflections before changing camera settings.

Worldwide use: we prepare 4G cameras for the shipping destination. Remote access requires a compatible SIM, an active data plan, local 4G coverage and camera power. Tell us before dispatch if the country of use differs from the delivery address.
