UCOCARE ships orders from the available warehouse best suited to the delivery address and product availability.

Free standard shipping to major markets

Free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase, is available for eligible orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, selected European countries, Australia and Japan. Availability is confirmed from the delivery address and rate shown at checkout.

Shipping to other destinations may be unavailable or may incur a charge. Any available rate is displayed before payment at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery to our main markets is typically estimated at 2–9 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and warehouse. The estimate displayed at checkout applies to your order. Remote areas, carrier disruptions, customs checks and severe weather may require additional time.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Duties and import taxes

Import duties, taxes or brokerage charges may apply depending on the destination and local law. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing the order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. For a delayed, lost or damaged shipment, email support@ucocare.net with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
