There have been some unsettling incidents in my area recently, which made me feel unsafe, so I installed this in my living room and at the entrance/veranda area for protection. The white design blends in well with the room. It has a good weight to it and feels stable when held. For outdoor installation, I was concerned that the wind would slightly shift the camera's angle. Although I followed the installation instructions, the power cord remained quite visible. At night, shadows sometimes made it difficult to discern facial expressions, such as a look of surprise. During the day, however, it reliably detects movement, making it useful for monitoring my children as they leave for and return from school. Note that this assumes you don't have pets; also, matching the unit's color to the installation site is tricky—I felt the overall impression would change significantly if it came in a color other than white. The matte-finish casing creates a sophisticated look, though a downside is that dirt shows up easily. The main drawbacks are the visible wiring and the slight angle shifts on windy days. Still, having it installed provides a sense of security that wouldn't exist otherwise, so I’m glad I bought it. *I forgot to include photos earlier, so I’ve added them now.

The deciding factors were the 4-megapixel resolution, the 15,000mAh battery, the 8W solar panel, and the IP66 waterproof rating. I also like that the unit is black, making it less conspicuous. You can get it connected in just a few minutes by installing the app and following the on-screen instructions. The included 300MB data SIM card offered limited capacity, so I signed up for a 10GB (or 20GB) plan with an au-network carrier (J:COM Mobile). I initially struggled to get the pairing to work, but after configuring the APN and toggling the power on and off a few times, a QR code appeared on the screen, allowing me to scan it with my camera. It took about three hours to get to this point, but the connection was successfully established! I bought this unit because it supports SIM cards from Japanese carriers; I was worried it would be a waste of money if it didn't work, but now I can use the 4G camera with peace of mind. During the initial connection settings, the SIM was not easily recognized, and I tried to connect many times, which took a considerable amount of time.I thought that a cheap SIM would not work after all, so I connected with my carrier's SIM and was able to connect in one go. Since I was able to confirm the connection with a SIM other than the one included in the package, I was able to connect using a cheap SIM (Japan Telecommunications) on the same line, although it took some time. In terms of operating conditions, the image quality was good. Event recording was not recorded for the first week or so, but since then it has started to be recorded, so we are currently monitoring the progress. In addition, it does not use a solar panel as a power source, but instead uses a USB power source, so charging is always maintained at 100%.

Great battery life (without solar panel) the panel actually comes with a decently long cable but for where we had to put it it just doesn’t reach a window. easy to use app, but be aware that it needs a SIM card to access (comes with one you can activate) but we use an Optus $10 per month one that works fine. If you want playback you must activate and pay for their cloud storage. We just use the storage card(had to buy separate) and pull the video once a week. Clever design with multiple mounting options would recommend as a good all around option. Just be aware there will be continuous costs associated though small ones.
I installed this to prevent the theft of fruit from my trees. I had already installed two units but needed more coverage; buying this one finally allowed me to monitor the entire field. I am satisfied with the performance of the solar panel, battery, and camera. I look forward to the surveillance camera serving me well for a long time.
The indicator light won't turn on, so I can't reset the device. Currently, it is completely unusable. Although the product had a defect, the support team was very polite and kind. They reply quickly, too. I look forward to their continued support.

I think the functionality is good. It’s great that the camera angle can be adjusted freely and motion detection allows for monitoring key areas. It’s also excellent that it can be installed in locations without Wi-Fi or power and controlled remotely via smartphone. I am a bit concerned about whether solar power will be stable. Finally, the instruction manual is hard to understand.
It connected easily once I inserted the included SIM card and configured the app. You need cloud storage or a MicroSD card to save data; you can sign up for the cloud service via the app, and it seems you can get an SD card for free as a review bonus.
Power generation is sufficient (though I worry about replacement when the battery reaches the end of its life). I would like a telephoto function or double the resolution. The app has room for improvement.
You can see much better images than the 3 million image camera I used before. Sensitivity is also good, as small animals that cross the premises during the night can be clearly recorded!
