Chime defective, doorbell good

The mobile app is easy to understand and use.The chime is a nightmare and we've had to take the batteries out.The chime continues to sound "dong, dong, dong, dong..." and won't stop. The only way to stop it it to take the battery out.It's gone defective after only 3 months.

Good but improvements needed

Having become confused by the range of video phones available I was drawn by the video quality claimed for this product and the fact that a SD card can be used for storage - so removing any subscription charges. The problems are that the system is not easy to set up ( in my opinion as an OAP ) though I did manage it . However I am unhappy that the SD card is in the video camera and not inside in the chime repeater as this makes the security entirely dependent on the camera NOT being removed by any potential miscreant. I also agree with other comments that the small screw that is used to secure the camers to the holder will be easily damaged and is not fit for purpose - I am therefore in the shall I keep it or return it stage. It does what it says on the tin - but could be so much better!!
