I have had it now for a few months and on the whole it does the job. When I received it, the chime broke down immediately in the process of installation, but the customer service was responsive and sent me a replacement. The main issue I have with it however is that the ‘hidden screw’ which is supposed to fix the doorbell in place is located so close to the wall, that it’s practically impossible to operate it.
