Our Warranty Terms 

At UCOCARE, we are committed to providing you with reliable warranty coverage and exceptional customer support. Please review the following warranty terms, which apply exclusively to the purchase of new and certified refurbished products through our official website and authorized sales channels. For products bought from our authorized resellers or distributors, please contact them directly for any after-sales assistance.

 

Warranty Duration

We proudly offer a limited warranty of 1 year for all new products purchased directly from UCOCARE. This warranty starts from the date of your invoice and continues for the specified period.

 

Extended Warranty

For new products, if you register your purchase within 2 years of the invoice date, we will extend your warranty coverage by an additional 6 months beyond the initial 1-year period. Similarly, for certified refurbished products, registering your purchase will grant you an extra 3 months of warranty coverage in addition to the initial 1-year period.

 

Conditions for Warranty Forfeiture

Please note that warranty coverage will be void under the following circumstances:

(a) Products marked as "sample" or "Not for Sale," or identified as "AS IS" or provided as "prototypes";

(b) Purchases made from unauthorized distributors or resellers;

(c) Alteration, removal, or tampering with trademarks, serial tags, or product stickers;

(d) Dismantling, mishandling, improper usage, or defacement of products;

(e) Unauthorized firmware upgrades without guidance from our authorized technicians;

(f) Damage resulting from accidents, unauthorized dismantling, misuse, or service or modification by individuals other than our designated vendor, partner, or authorized service personnel, or if the product's warranty period has expired;

(g) Damage caused by improper working conditions or operation, such as exposure to inappropriate temperature, humidity, unusual physical or electrical stress, interference, electrical power failure or fluctuations, static electricity, or the use of an incorrect power adapter, and so on;

(h) Damage due to the violation of safe battery handling and usage guidelines;

(i) Damage resulting from force majeure events, natural disasters, etc.;

(j) Warranty, refund, or replacement services are not available for products received or to be received through our Play & Say feedback program;

(k) The warranty is non-transferrable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

These terms outline the conditions under which warranty coverage is provided and the situations in which it may be forfeited. We encourage our customers to adhere to these policies to ensure eligibility for warranty services. In the event of product issues within the specified warranty period and compliance with the outlined conditions, you can expect repair, replacement, or extended warranty services. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the loss of warranty coverage.
