Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
Starting a Return
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong product or a defect in the product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than our error, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ucocare.net. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send your item. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will promptly address the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to get the product you desire is to return the item you have. After your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be informed whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
