30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in the same condition received, with included accessories, original packaging and proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email support@ucocare.net with your order number and reason. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, include photos or a short video where practical. We will provide the correct return instructions and receiving address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

• Damaged, defective or incorrect item: UCOCARE pays reasonable return shipping or provides another appropriate resolution.
• Change of mind or other customer reason: the customer pays return shipping.

Refunds and exchanges

After we receive and inspect the return, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days after approval for your bank to post it. For an exchange, request a return and place a separate order after approval.

Consumer rights

Gift cards cannot be returned. Items damaged through misuse or missing essential parts may not qualify for a full refund. This policy does not limit rights under applicable consumer law.
