Une fois branchée sur la prise de la voiture, le gros plus c'est qu'elle fonctionne de manière autonome et permet la retransmission des images captées sur le téléphone via une application (plutôt très bien faite).Lorsque la voiture est à l'arrêt, la dashcam détecte les mouvements potentiellement suspects et envoie une alerte directement sur le téléphone.J'ai été bluffé par la résolution de l'image qui est de très bonne facture. Les détails tels que les plaques d’immatriculation sont bien visibles, y compris de nuit. Je suis par ailleurs agréablement surpris par l’angle de vision qui couvre bien l'avant du véhicule (cf vidéo). A noter, la dashcam permet de filmer l'extérieur mais aussi l'intérieur de l'habitacle. En l'occurence dans la vidéo j'ai fait le choix de flouter la partie habitacle.Rien a dire sur l'installation qui est très rapide. La carte SIM est déjà préinstallée et la caméra s’allume dès qu’on la branche sur l’allume cigare. I bought this dashcam to secure my drives and monitor my car from my phone while it’s parked. I chose a 4G dashcam so I wouldn't have to rely solely on Wi-Fi. Once plugged into the car's power outlet, the big advantage is that it operates independently and streams captured footage to your phone via an app (which is very well designed). When the car is stationary, the dashcam detects potentially suspicious movement and sends an alert directly to your phone. I was blown away by the image resolution; the quality is excellent. Details like license plates are clearly visible, even at night. I was also pleasantly surprised by the viewing angle, which provides good coverage of the front of the vehicle (see video). Note that the dashcam can record both the exterior and the vehicle's interior; in this video, I chose to blur out the interior view. The installation process is quick and hassle-free. The SIM card comes pre-installed, and the camera turns on as soon as you plug it into the cigarette lighter socket. Special mention goes to the user manual, which is remarkably simple and intuitive (see photo). The camera also features built-in GPS and a 64GB SD card, offering plenty of video storage capacity. If necessary, cloud backup is also an option, though I don't think it's essential given the SD card's capacity. If I had to point out a downside, it would be—much like with smartphones—the slight delay in connecting to the 4G network when out in the countryside (though I’ve never had any issues in the city). All in all, this is my second dashcam, and I find this one particularly easy to set up and use. It is also impeccably built and finished. I would therefore recommend it without hesitation.

Instalarla fue muy sencillo porque viene directamente con un conector a puerto OBD, así que fue simplemente enchufarla y que empezase a funcionar. Después de probarla durante varias semanas estoy encantado. No solo tiene una interfaz muy sencilla e intuitiva, sino que es bastante más rápida que la Azdome que tenía antes. La transmisión de datos es prácticamente instantánea y el hecho de que venga con una tarjeta SIM con datos ilimitados es una ventaja importante, y la tarjeta SD que trae también funciona perfectamente. En cuanto a la cámara en sí, la imagen es muy clara y se pueden leer matrículas sin ningún problema, además de no tener problemas de nitidez en la transición entre fotogramas. El almacenamiento en la nube también es una opción interesante. Lo único que echo en falta es una cámara trasera, ya que solamente graba delante y en el interior del habitáculo pero teniendo en cuenta el precio y las funcionalidades que tiene me parece muy buena compra. La recomiendo a cualquiera que se tome en serio cuidar de su coche, sobre todo a gente que vivimos en ciudades grandes con mucho tráfico ya que los accidentes están a la orden del día. Una muy buena compra.
After trying several car cameras, I bought this one because I was interested in the ability to remotely view a live feed of what was happening in the car, even when I wasn't there. Installation was very simple because it comes with an OBD port connector; I just plugged it in, and it started working immediately. After testing it for several weeks, I am delighted. Not only does it have a very simple and intuitive interface, but it is also significantly faster than the Azdome model I had previously. Data transmission is practically instantaneous, and the fact that it comes with a SIM card offering unlimited data is a major advantage; the included SD card also works perfectly. As for the camera itself, the image is very clear—license plates can be read without any issues—and there are no sharpness problems during frame transitions. Cloud storage is also an interesting feature. The only thing I find myself missing is a rear-facing camera, as it only records the front view and the vehicle's interior; however, considering the price and features, I think it’s a great purchase. I recommend it to anyone serious about looking after their car, especially those of us living in large, high-traffic cities where accidents are a daily occurrence. A very good buy.

Dopo una serie di settaggi tramite l'ottima APP sono riuscito ad ottenere quanto necessario per farmi stare tranquillo. Alcuni suggerimenti: la confezione della dashcam contiene anche una SIM prepagata per 14 giorni di prova rilasciata dalla EIOTCLUB SIM; quest'ultima viene velocemente riconosciuta dalla dashcam e consente in pochi passaggi di essere configurata per far visualizzare le immagini sul proprio smartphone tramite l'APP UBoxPro; Purtroppo il segnale che questa SIM riesce a garantire spesso non è dei migliori, tanto è vero che sulle immagini che compaiono nell'APP risulta un messaggio di "segnale debole"; Ho risolto il problema acquistando una SIM 4G della TIM "solo dati" (NON deve poter effettuare chiamate) che dopo averla configurata seguendo le istruzioni in italiano presenti nel manuale della dashcam, mi offre sempre una potenza elevata del segnale. In conclusione, per il costo e per la facilità di installazione (alimentazione tramite presa OBD2), vale davvero la pena di acquistarla.
The dashcam has all the features needed to monitor what happens while driving and/or when the car is parked. I personally bought it to keep an eye on my car when parked, to prevent theft or bodywork damage. After adjusting a few settings via the excellent app, I managed to get everything set up just the way I wanted for peace of mind. A few tips: the dashcam package includes a prepaid SIM card from EIOTCLUB SIM for a 14-day trial; the dashcam recognizes it quickly, and it takes just a few steps to configure it so you can view images on your smartphone via the UBoxPro app. Unfortunately, the signal provided by this SIM often isn't the best—in fact, a "weak signal" message frequently appears on the app's display. I solved the problem by purchasing a TIM 4G "data-only" SIM (it must NOT be capable of making calls); after configuring it according to the Italian instructions in the dashcam manual, I consistently get strong signal strength. In conclusion, given the price and ease of installation (powered via the OBD2 port), it is definitely worth buying.

I’d been wanting to get a dashcam for a while; after some searching, I found this one, which seemed like a great balance of quality, ease of installation, and cost. It took about half an hour to install; the "hardest" part was routing the cable through the car. Once the SIM was inserted, it powered up and was configured in just a few minutes. It comes with a data SIM that needs activation, but I preferred using one I already had from Iliad; it worked perfectly with no issues. Being able to monitor the car at any time is very convenient, especially when parking in certain areas. Outdoor reception isn't bad—slightly weaker than a mobile phone but still sufficient to keep everything under control—though it naturally drops in enclosed spaces like underground garages (just as it does with phones). While driving, I found the G-sensor sensitivity a bit too high; on roads with lots of potholes, I received constant alerts. Adjusting the sensitivity via the app helps a little, but it remains quite high. I also get a lot of alerts regarding activity around the car, though that’s not really a bad thing. GPS sensitivity is good, too. The dashcam comes with an SD card included, but you can also purchase a monthly or annual cloud storage plan to view alert videos even when the camera is turned off. Pros: 4G connection; ability to view both the interior and exterior.

Out of all the dash cams Ive tried (6), this is the best for what I've been looking for in a camera, which is to connect my own SIM card.It gives simple instructions on how to connect your own SIM card rather than purchasing data through them. The pic/cam quality is great. You can also adjust the motion detector's sensitivity. It gives notifications of any motion detected.The only downfall is viewing the recording from the app when you're at a distance. It takes awhile to play.
