I am very impressed with the video doorbell camera. I like that you can add an sd card to record, eliminating the need to sign up to the subscription services. The video quality in the day and night is excellent. The intercom works a charm. I also like that you can choose a variety of different tunes for the ringer sound on the wireless chime (a great addition for when my phone is not near me but I am home). I've been using this camera for a week now and receive regular alerts when motion is detected, something I needed from a doorbell camera. I have already recommended this exact product to family and friends who have been looking to invest in a video doorbell. I know people with the more popular brands I would definitely say this compares greatly with them. If you're looking for a video doorbell but don't want to spend money on monthly or annual subscription, look no further.

Absolutely delighted with this doorbell. We spend far too much time researching different models and comparing prices and reading reviews before finally settling on this model… and we’re glad that we did. We came to the conclusion that there was very little difference in terms of features between his and the expensive brands…. And we were correct. This comes with the separate chime box which is a great to have in the kitchen and send an extra range from the doorbell. The app was easy to set up and connects clear as day. The camera quality is great and were pretty impressed with the quality of the 2-way audio. The movement detection and alert to phone system works perfectly well and even holds its own in the dark… And the kicker is that this essentially doubles as a security camera so it has saved us a small fortune.Absolutely thrilled with our new doorbell!

DING DONG! I'm impressed.
Verified Purchase
I am thoroughly impressed with this doorbell. It's excellent value for money. Especially when you consider that the Chime box is included as standard. but the camera quality is very good and more that you'll need to identify who's at the door. It's also perfectly clear through the night which was a concern of mine that has been lifted. You can control this all through the accompanying app and it's perfectly easy to do whatever you like. Speak back using the 2-way audio feature, see who's on your doorstep or just simply ignore them without having to answer the foor.I have an office in my garage and struggle to hear when couriers come to the door so I pretty much watch this on live stream meaning it doubles as a security camera which is a nice bonus for me! But all in it's pretty epic. Good quality, packed with features, easy to mount and because it is being run so infrequently the battery life is amazing. I was worried about buying a battery powered one but it's not really an issue.Very happy indeed.

Tried to use it since last week after it was delivered. Overall quite good. It works with Google assistant and its functionality actually surprises me. It has AI detection and night vision, which are particularly useful for me because I have face serious security problem within my area. Now with the doorbell my wife and I feel much more safer. It also has a separate chime which is a plus for me, as my my previous one can only allert me through the phone app when someone presses the bell. The video resolution is FHD, which is not outstanding but sufficient for daily use.

I particularly appreciate that the video doorbell comes with a mounting bracket that protects it from the rain and can be wall-mounted using the two included screws and wall plugs. The doorbell attaches to the bracket with a security screw (key included in the box), and there is an anti-theft alarm that triggers if someone tries to rip the doorbell off its mount. I already have a door camera. however, due to the shape of our house, part of the area was not covered.so I was in the market to look for something small that could be discrete and can be hidden easily.most of the wireless outdoor cameras are big and bulky and the smaller ones needs power supplya friend of ours gave us a brilliant idea of using a doorbell cam.and so we did.this doorbell cam, it's nice and small. I was able to easily hide it in the bushes. and position it so easily can capture the blind spot of the house.installation was piece of cake, just 2 screws to mount the bracket then the main unit can be easily clipped on.The battery life has been insanely good, had it installed for 2 weeks or so battery life hasn't dropped a bit.. will try to follow up in a few months time and see how it gets on.motion detection and push notification was very responsive. from testing there was one 1 sec delay from the motion capture to the notification on the phone, which is fairly good in my eyes.I am very happy with this purchase. it had everything i was looking.

Received quickly and product very well packaged.
I installed this waterproof doorbell camera wireless on the metal post of my gate, about 10 meters from my house, with the double-sided tape provided (you can also drill and install the screws provided).Easy to synchronize the doorbell on the application and synchronize the camera to the chime in less than 5 minutes flatThe camera doorbell has very good HD image quality day and night, You can choose to use HD (High Definition) or SD (Standard Definition) image quality. The quality day and night is good.it is waterproof so resists bad weather and can be recharged using the USBC cable that comes with it. It connects to 2.4 Ghz wifi.Possibility of speaking to the person in front of the camera thanks to the bidirectional sound function. When you press the doorbell from outside, it rings a chime in the house (I powered it directly via USB, but 3 AAA batteries are provided) and a notification is sent to all connected smartphones (tested on Android and iPhone). Whoever answers the call can chat with the visitor, just like with a traditional intercom, except that you can do it from anywhere, even if you're not at home.It is possible to receive a notification and choose a detection zone on the application when a person passes in front of the doorbell and record the video on SD card or on the paid cloud.Has a siren function in case the video doorbell is stolen. The chime has several ringtones and several power levels for the ringtone and can be operated with batteries or on the mains with the USB cable provided. You can change your voice (normal, clown, uncle). You can also sound a siren at the doorbell. You can record video and activate motion detection (take a photo even if visitors don't ring). For the moment, I have not yet recharged it: 96% since installation 1 week ago.I am very satisfied with this smart video doorbell wireless which rings both in the house and on my cell phone

The ringtone triggers a video which is sent to my phone. The doorbell camera wireless is equipped with a snatch alarm in case of attempted theft. It's reassuring.Installation is surprisingly quick, and connecting it to both the Wi-Fi network and the indoor chime is straightforward. The chime offers three levels of sound intensity and more than twenty melodies to choose from, providing ample customization options. The positive points :- Value for money- The quality of the camera whether day or night with infrared- The various options allowing you to ring the doorbell or manage the camera remotely- The ability to receive ""calls"" directly on my iPhone with Alexa and record a message like on an answering machine for the person ringingThe negative points :- There are none at the moment

great smart doorbell
Verified Purchase
This UCOCARE video doorbell was very easy to set up. It's let me know whose on my porch and who's in front of my house I like the 2k clear picture resolution I'm able to talk to people as well they can talk to me also. You get a notification and can open a small video if you want. the camera has a wide angle so I can not only see if packages were delivered but a full body of who is at door at same time. Doorbell works well at night and direct sunlight as the sun sets here. so far I am genuinely happy my new video doorbell.

Does exactly what it should
Verified Purchase
I had a previous camera but it started to get really delayed going through Alexa (if it did at all). I saw this one and it had good reviews and it did what I wanted. The item is exactly as described on here and all the functionality. This was really easy to install and setup with Alexa. All works perfectly, but there is a delay of about 4 seconds before Alexa announces there is someone at the door. The APP works well too. I turned of the notifications to my mobile though. So, a great buy.

Easy to install and set up with phone. Produces good clear video. The ringer can work from a distance so they it can be heard throughout your property. Only advice would be to have a camera doorbell securing screw with a standard universal cross thread.

It works on the whole
Verified Purchase
I have had it now for a few months and on the whole it does the job. When I received it, the chime broke down immediately in the process of installation, but the customer service was responsive and sent me a replacement. The main issue I have with it however is that the ‘hidden screw’ which is supposed to fix the doorbell in place is located so close to the wall, that it’s practically impossible to operate it. So the doorbell is simply placed in the holder and I have to trust that it stays there.

I was initially worried about battery life and connection issues, but I’ve been using this video doorbell for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The battery lasts longer than I thought, and I haven’t had to recharge it every week like some other devices. Plus, setting it up was a breeze, and the signal stays strong even at a reasonable distance.

Good quality and value
This was purchased for us as a Christmas present and we've just put it up. Seems to be great quality, nice and secure and great that we don't have to screw it on to the wall (ultra strong sticky pads included). The video is clear and you can adjust the sensitivity of the motion detector which is useful. Don't have to have a subscription either. Good product and value for money.

Good but improvements needed

Having become confused by the range of video phones available I was drawn by the video quality claimed for this product and the fact that a SD card can be used for storage - so removing any subscription charges. The problems are that the system is not easy to set up ( in my opinion as an OAP ) though I did manage it . However I am unhappy that the SD card is in the video camera and not inside in the chime repeater as this makes the security entirely dependent on the camera NOT being removed by any potential miscreant. I also agree with other comments that the small screw that is used to secure the camers to the holder will be easily damaged and is not fit for purpose - I am therefore in the shall I keep it or return it stage. It does what it says on the tin - but could be so much better!!
