Schwierige Aufgabe mit dieser Überwachungskamera erfüllt?

Die Aufgabe wäre die Kamera im Auto in der Tiefgarage unter dem Mehrfamilienhaus aufzustellen. Hauptkriterien 4G da WLAN nicht den Parkplatz erreicht und Bewegungserfassung durch die Autoscheiben (PIR geht nicht). Das Auto steht am Ende und unter der Wohnung in der 2.OG. Ich hatte schon eine andere Kamera von der Marke Javiscam hierfür eingesetzt. Leider kam es immer wieder zu Verbindungsabbrüchen. Ausserdem war der Akkumulator zu klein, nur 2800 mAh und das hat nur 4-5 Tage gereicht. Bewegungen ausserhalb des Autos hat die Kamera gut registriert. Was das mit Radar (Mikrowellen) ist verstehe ich nicht.So viel zu dem Vorgänger - der zurück ging.Diese Kamera wirkt schwerer da der Akkumulator 5200 mAh sein soll. Einrichtung funktioniert nach demselben Prinzip wie Javiscam. Allerdings muss folgendes beachtet werden: Der Platz wo man die Kamera „startet“ muss genug 4G-Signalstärke haben, ansonsten „vill sie nicht“. Und danach, erst SIM-Karte rein, dann einschalten und warten, daß der LED dauerhaft blau leuchtet. Danach Verbindung über die App UBox zum Smartphone aufbauen. Erst dann die Speicherkarte einsetzen und diese formatieren.Mal sehen ob auch diese Kamera dann Verbindungsabbrüche hat.Die Kamera hat keine Verbindungsabbrümhe. Sie bekommt im Gegensatz zu Javiscam überhaupt keine Verbindung mit 4G.Alles dies sehr merkwürdig da das Smartphone 2 Striche hat, sogar 5G (beide Vo*af*ne, Smartphone und Kamera).Operation gelungen, Patient tot. Das Gerät geht (leider) zurück.

No WiFi option but it does work well
I was disappointed to see that I could not link this into the WiFi I have available where I need it. I did look through the sales blurb before ordering, and whilst it did not say it could be used with WiFi, neither did it say that it could not, shame.Anyway, I tried to use it with a spare sim we keep for an emergency phone and this worked well. The camera is certainly discrete and easily hidden from view. As such it is not a visual deterrent but will provide some useful data in the event it is needed.Clever idea but would benefit hugely from the addition of Wireless connectivity in my view. Still worthy of four stars though.

Genuinely 4G only - useful as a means of tracking a car but a dashcam might be preferable
Thought there might be some kind of workaround to use WiFi for retrieval of footage but no such luck.There is a slot for a microSD card, though this will still require the use of a 4G sim, you're unable to set the camera up through the app without one being inserted. The manual advises you can email the manufacturer to ask for a 128GB card while they have some available, obviously won't be doing that given this was given for testing purposes.Camera is relatively small, a couple of inches cubed. I'm toying with the idea of installing this in my Abarth as they're regularly TWOC'd but would need to figure out some kind of SIM deal. Lebara looks like one potential option. However, I've already got a dashcam and the risk of not having that, outweighs the advantage of having this for when the car's parked up (in my opinion at least).

This is a great little device to give you security and piece of mind while travelling. Will be expensive to run
I wanted to see how this fares as I need a separate camera in another room at my flat whenever I go for a holiday. I'd also like to take this to a campervan where needed.Now, this is solely 4G one, so you can't even put it in the wifi. This means you'll need to actually buy data to use this in the first place. Also has a cloud you need to pay for, unless you'll get a sim card, which thankfully aren't that expensive.The installation is easy and using the app is fine too. No moving tho, so you'd need to adjust it manually. Quality is decent.Overall I feel this is a bit steep considering it won't be just one off payment, but needs an active simcard with internet connection to work. Fair enough, you do get one with this for 300Mb, but that's peanuts when considering you're doing a live feed.I'll still give this 4 stars instead of 3 as I feel this is very specific type of camera and topping up for quick vacations where this would be good, wouldn't break a bank.

It comes with a 4G SIM card with a 300MB free data trial, but that is really nothing and was used up pretty quickly. After that, you have to renew your data plan through the app. There is no memory card included, so you have to purchase one (on top of the pretty steep price of this camera) or use the cloud for storage.I'm really turned off by this camera simply due to the price tag, along with additional costs that come with it. You can find like size, capacity, option cameras at a fraction of the price of this one.

Es muy fácil de usar, tan solo debemos ponerle la tarjeta SIM que ya incluye y yo además le puse una MicroSD de 64GB formateada en FAT32, en el móvil se instala la app UBox y le damos a añadir cámara, en ese momento simplemente con el GPS y Bluetooth activado, encendemos la cámara y escáneamos el QRCode con el móvil, automáticamente ya aparecerá en la APP.La SIM que incluye trae 300MB de datos por 1 mes, yo he desactivado el servicio de la nube, entonces ahorro datos ya que se guardan en la MicroSD, y solo gasto datos cuando me conecto para ver en directo o ver algún video grabado en la MicroSD, conectandome cada día un par de veces y tal, me gasta unos 10-20MB/día aprox.Cuando se gasten los datos tengo intención de poner una SIM mia que ya tengo, es importante quitarle el PIN antes ya que obviamente no hay forma de poner el PIN desde la cámara, la tarjeta SIM que incluye ya viene sin código.La calidad de imagen es muy buena, tanto de dia como de noche, la batería dura mucho, y es de muy reducido tamaño se puede poner oculta en cualquier sitio si queremos.Se agradece que la APP (al menos por ahora) no tiene nada de publicidad ni intentan venderte el servicio de la nube constantemente como ocurre con otras similares.

Die Überwachungskamera ist bei uns auf den Eingangsbereich gerichtet und wir haben echt eine tolle Übersicht, falls es mal tatsächlich zu einem Raub kommen sollte.Die Akkubatterie habe ich anfangs nur einmal aufladen müssen, diese hält auch seit einigen Tagen problemlos stand.
