Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong product or a defect in the product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than our error, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

I bought this to monitor my boat's mooring status and for security. Since my boat is moored offshore two hours away from my home, I couldn't check on it immediately; during rough weather or heavy snow, I wouldn't know the details and would be constantly anxious. Installing this camera has been a huge help, as I can clearly see the boat's condition. It allows me to make a clear decision on whether or not I need to head to the mooring site. The image quality is sharp during both the day and night. Be aware that using the high-sensitivity setting drains the battery rapidly; however, the medium sensitivity setting is perfectly adequate. Even with several days of rain or snow, the battery easily lasts a full 24 hours (at medium sensitivity). My only remaining concern is the unit's long-term durability, as it wasn't a cheap purchase. (P.S.) The AI ​​auto-tracking feature doesn't work on the unit I bought. I'm not sure if that specific function is defective, but it doesn't cause any issues since the camera captures the entire area anyway. Regarding data usage, my settings result in about 6.2 GB per month. The solar panel quickly charges the battery to 100%, so there's no worry about running out of power; generally, whenever I open the app, the battery shows 100%. If you're installing it, mounting it at a height of 3 meters or more might be best; I recommend temporarily fixing it in place first to determine the ideal height.
